Skirting, ventilation and access in San Antonio
Information Bulletin 172, last revised April 7, 2025, covers foundation repair permits. It says the engineer's inspection letter clears the inspection and that a City final building inspection is still required for skirting, ventilation, subfloor access and drainage items. The application form adds that mechanical, electrical and plumbing work need separate permits.
